OUAC Voucher Order Form

What is the OUAC Voucher Program?

The OUAC Voucher Program enables third parties to purchase vouchers that applicants can apply toward the cost of their OUAC application.

For example, a school board may purchase vouchers for their students to use to pay for their OUAC application or an Indigenous band may purchase them for their members. Ultimately, how and why you use OUAC vouchers is entirely up to you.

You must select a value for your vouchers. If you would like to purchase vouchers for the exact value of a specific application fee, refer to OUAC fees.

To discuss potential uses for vouchers or if you have questions about the program, contact the OUAC Finance Department.

Notes:

  • Monetary values are in Canadian dollars.
  • You cannot adjust the dollar value of a voucher if an application fee changes.
  • There will be no refund if an application is paid for and submitted without the use of a voucher.
  • There are no refunds for vouchers.

Invoicing and Payment Information

Once costs have been confirmed, the OUAC will provide you with an invoice for your order.

Payment can be made by cheque, payable to “Ontario Universities’ Application Centre”, or by electronic funds transfer (EFT).
