A new report is now available to schools and boards under the Reports option in COLS called “Repeated Course Errors”, which lists all of your students who have repeat courses in error on their COLS student account. The errored courses show at the bottom of the student’s Courses tab in Academic Information under the heading “OST file upload courses have errors”.

We recommend that you run the report on a regular basis so that any repeat errors can be cleaned up as soon as possible to ensure that all attempts of a course are saved successfully to the student’s account and that they are forwarded to the student’s university choices.

The report will be helpful in ensuring that errors on courses repeated out of board, at a private or online school, or at summer school are not missed.
